How Do I Submit My Photos?
You may submit your photos by email or mail.

What Types Of Photos Should I Submit?
Professional photos are not required, however if you have them by all means you may submit them. We accept professional photos or snapshots.
Photos can be all black and white or all color or a combination of both. Please try to submit at least one headshot and one body shot.

Do I Need Professional Photos?
No, you do not need professional photos. Snapshots are fine.
Please try to submit at least one headshot and one body shot.
If possible please try to send the following:
1. Clear, close up shots of your face without make-up and with your hair up and down.
Smiling and not smiling.
2. Close up shots of the left and right profiles of your face with your hair up.
3. Clear shots of your body (straight-on, profiles and back view) in a two piece swimsuit (men in boxers).
What Size Of Photos Should I Send?
We accept all sizes of photos. If you are mailing your photos they can be snapshot size of 3 x 5 all the way up to 9 x 12. Any size of mailed photo is fine. Please do not send your photos on a disk.
If you are emailing your photos please be sure that your photos are not too big. Please be sure that emailed photos are no larger than 500 x 600 pixels.
How Many Photos Can I Send?
There is no limit on the number of photos you can send but we recommend a minimum of two photos and no more than ten. Agents and scouts can determine if they are interested in you in the first 2 photos they see. If they
would like more photos they will request them. If you have tearsheets from actual work you have done then please send them all. If you are new to the industry and are sending snapshots then 3 or 4 photos is usually plenty.

Absolutely! We work with aspiring models from around the world. We regularly place models who are based in countries such as the United Kingdom, Spain, Brazil, Australia, Poland, Russia, Croatia, Ukraine and many other
international locations.
Can't I Just Send My Photos To The Agencies Myself?
Yes, you can. But, did you know that photos mailed or emailed to the top international agencies are rarely opened or end up in
the garbage within seconds of being opened. We have signed numerous models to top agencies who were ignored when they sent their photos to agencies on their own.
As a new model you have about 5 seconds to get the attention of a busy agent. If they aren’t interested in you in a split-second then your
opportunity with that agency is over. Agents also prefer to work with other agents and have a liaison between them and the model in the
beginning. They know that our experienced staff will help with the time-consuming work of getting the model prepared so he or she is ready to
work as soon as possible.

What Are Your Age, Height & Size Requirements?
Model Scouts.com has no restrictions on the type of models who can submit photos. Many of the modeling agencies we scout for have commercial modeling, plus-size modeling,
petite modeling and child modeling divisions. We accept photo submissions from petite models, plus size models, child models, infant models and mature models.

What Is The Difference Between The Photo Submission & The Model Search 2008?
The Model Search 2008 is a model search contest in which one winner will be chosen to attend the New York Model & Talent Search in July 2008. The entry
fee for this contest is $34.95 U.S.
The Photo Submission is the service where the photos you submit to ModelScouts.com are prepared and presented to legitimate model scouts and agents
for over 100 top international agencies from New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Milan, Tokyo, Taipei, Singapore, Korea, Greece, Germany and more! The agents and scouts will
review and evaluate your photos and you will receive the results of your Photo Evaluation within 10 business days. The fee for this service is $129.00 U.S.
Do You Guarantee I Will Get An Agent?
No legitimate model scouting service, model search, scout or manager can guarantee that a new model will be signed to an international agency. The final decision on whether
a model is signed is ultimately up to the agencies.

Model Scouts.com guarantees that your photos will be carefully reviewed and evaluated by qualified and legitimate scouts & agents for over 100 of the world’s top international agencies and that every
effort will be made to help you succeed in accomplishing your goal.
When Will I Receive My Photo Evaluation?
You will receive your Photo Evaluation within 10 business days from the day we receive and process your photos, registration form and registration fee. Photos and registrations submitted after regular office hours, weekends or holidays will be be processed the following business day. You will
receive a confirmation email from Model Scouts.com confirming receipt of your registration and the date you will receive your Photo Evaluation.
It Has Been 10 Days & I Haven't Received My Evaluation
ModelScouts.com has numerous check points in place to ensure that your Photo Evaluation arrives when it is scheduled. If you do not receive your Evaluation by the date scheduled it will ONLY be due to a technical issue that may have occurred after it was sent.
If your Photo Evaluation does not arrive by the scheduled due date please follow these steps:
Double check your evaluation due date. Photo Evaluations are sent within 10 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included.
If you have the correct day and haven't received your Photo Evaluation by midnight please check any anti-spam software you may have on your computer or provided by your email account provider.
If you are using a Hotmail, Google, Yahoo, MSN or AOL account these providers often mistakenly file our emails in spam, junk or deleted email folders.
Further, they will delete emails in your spam or junk folders after 2 - 5 days so please be sure to check these folders on the date your Photo Evaluation is due so it is not deleted.
If you have not received your Photo Evaluation within 48 hours after the scheduled due date and you have checked all the above mentioned avenues, please email us right away at contact@modelscouts.com.
If you do not receive your Photo Evaluation within 1 business day after contacting us by email please call our office at 1.403.253.0897 so we can assist you immediately.
If you reach our voice mail please leave a detailed message including your first and last name, the date your Evaluation was scheduled, your email address and phone number.
Please note that inquiries regarding Photo Evaluations must be made within 30 days of the scheduled due date. Applicants who request that their Photo Evaluation be sent to them more than three times
or after the 30 day period will be assessed a $50.00 administration fee.
Is There A Fee To Submit My Photos?
Yes. The fee to submit your photos for the Photo Evaluation is $129.00 US.
If you wish to register for the Photo Evaluation and the Model Search 2008 the fee is $149.00 US.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and International Money Orders.
When purchasing a money order from your bank or post office please be sure to purchase an INTERNATIONAL Money Order
that can be negotiated in Canada. Application fees are non-refundable.
Why Is There A Fee To Submit My Photos?
The $129.00 U.S. fee to submit your photos helps to cover the costs of operating our website such as web designers, hosting,
advertising, office staff, etc. This fee is much less than you would pay for making copies of all your photos and mailing them to all of the agencies
and is much less than many online scouting services who charge between $250 - $1500 U.S. per year simply to post your photos on their websites and where the chance that your photos will actually
be viewed by legitimate and qualified scouts is extremely rare.
Model Scouts.com is the most efficient and cost-effective way to promote yourself to legitimate international modeling
agencies.
What Other Expenses Will I Have?
There are no other costs involved when submitting your photos to Model Scouts.com.
There are no monthly or annual fees, only the one time submission fee of $129.00 US.
If you are signed to an agency, whether it is through Model Scouts.com or through another source, you may be expected to cover your basic costs for the tools you need to be a professional model such as,
composite cards, test shoots, couriers, postage, etc. Some larger agencies may be willing to cover these initial expenses and then deduct them from your work, however, smaller agencies
may not be able to cover these expenses for you. Every agency in every market is different, so please expect to cover your own initial expenses if you are signed to an international modeling agency.
Can I Submit My Photos By Email & My Payment By Mail?
Yes, we will hold your photos for 30 days to give you enough time for your payment to arrive.
Photos submitted that are not accompanied by your registration fee within 30 days will be removed from our files.

Model Scouts.com NEVER sends unsolicited emails nor do we approach people on the street or visit modeling forums or websites in an effort to have you submit photos. We will never engage in conversations with you through ICQ, Yahoo Messenger or MSN Messenger or Web Cams.
When we contact you it will only be from the email addresses contact@modelscouts.com
or model@modelscouts.com. We never use email addresses from Yahoo, Hotmail or AOL.
Your safety is extremely important to us. If you are approached or contacted by anyone claiming to be a scout or employee with our company please notify us immediately at the above email addresses.
