If you are contacted by a scout or an agent from ModelScouts.com it will ONLY be because you submitted your photos or registered with us. ModelScouts.com NEVER sends unsolicited emails nor do we approach people on the street or visit modeling forums or websites asking you to submit photos.

When we contact you it will only be from email addresses in the form of: prefix@modelscouts.com. If the email does not end with "modelscouts.com" then it is not from our company.

We will NEVER contact you through ICQ, AIM, Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger or Web Cams, and we NEVER use email addresses from Yahoo, Hotmail, Google or AOL accounts.

If we engage in conversations with you on Facebook, MySpace or Twitter it will only be through our official ModelScouts.com pages. Links to our official social media websites are located on the bottom right hand corner of this website.

You may be approached by an independent scout or agency that uses ModelScouts.com to promote their models, and they may want to post your photos on our website, this is fine. However, please remember that they are independent companies, and not employees or representatives of ModelScouts.com. It is the responsibility of the model to do their due diligence when working with independent companies.

Sadly, there are many unscrupulous and creepy people who use the internet to try to meet young people. They pretend to be agents or scouts from modeling companies, and try to lure you into sending them your photos, and eventually meeting them in person. If someone contacts you through Facebook or other social media sites claiming to be an agent or scout and they ask you to pose nude through a webcam or send naked photos then they are not legitimate agents. REAL AGENTS WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO POSE NUDE OR SEND NAKED PHOTOS.
