Model Scouts provides a service, in which, you will receive incredible exposure to the industry's most reputable modeling agents and scouts.

Our nominal fee structure of $69 for a 6 month account, $99 for 1 year, or $149 for our Photo Submit Service (includes a FREE 1 year account) helps cover the costs incurred to operate our website, such as, web programmers, office staff, hosting, advertising, etc. This fee is much less than you would pay for making copies of all your photos, and mailing them to all of the agencies who visit our website each day, and is much less than many portfolio hosting sites that charge between $250 - $1500 U.S. per year. Further, these online portfolio sites are usually run by internet companies that have no experience in the modeling industry, and can do very little in helping you with your career.

No, you do not need professional photos to get started. Snapshots are fine. If you prefer to have professional photos, and would like to find a photographer, makeup artist, stylist, etc., please visit our Portfolios section to search for a professional in your area.

Sorry, no. There are numerous places such as Staples, Kinko’s, Wal-Mart, etc., that can scan your photos, and place them on a disk for you far cheaper than we can do it for you. Once your photos are on a disk you can easily upload them to your profile from your computer.

ModelScouts.com has no restrictions on the type of models who can create accounts, and upload photos. Many of the modeling agencies we work with have commercial modeling, plus-size modeling, petite modeling, and child modeling divisions. We accept submissions from petite models, plus size models, child models, infant models, and mature models.

Presently, ModelScouts.com does not hire scouts or employees to directly represent ModelScouts.com. We prefer to work with independent scouts and agents, who have their own businesses or sole proprietorships.

If you have a small agency, or you are an independent scout working on your own, we welcome the opportunity to work with you.

Simply create an account as an Agent/Scout on our Sign Up page. Once your account is created you will be able to upload photos of your models into our database. You can also add your company logo and contact information to each of your models' portfolio pages; that way interested agents and clients can contact you directly. If an international agency or client signs your model, you keep 100% of your commission. ModelScouts.com does not take a percentage of any agency or booking commission you may receive.

Further, for each model you upload into our database you will receive a discounted rate. More information on rate discounts is available once you have created your account.
